Walked in as a new customer and immediately noticed the place was uncomfortably hot inside, so I decided to order takeaway instead of eating in.I ordered a doner kebab meal and a second chicken kebab. When I asked what kind of chicken they had, the staff member told me they had two types. I explicitly asked if I could get a mix of those two types of chicken, and he said "no problem."However, when I got home, my wife opened her chicken kebab only to find that half of it was regular doner meat, not the second type of chicken I asked for. To make matters worse, the doner meat was completely dry and rubbery. On the positive side, they gave a massive portion of chips that could easily feed four people, but because the rest of the meal was so poor, I ended up throwing them out anyway.I called back to let the manager know about the mix-up and the poor food quality, but I was simply told that the manager wasn't there. The member of staff on the phone was completely dismissive and acted like he couldn't care less. Very disappointing service, lack of accountability, and zero customer care. Definitely not going back

Hi Ged, we're very sorry for the heat, order mix-up, dry doner, and dismissive call. This isn't our standard. Please email [email protected] with Romayo's Cornelscourt and your order number so we can investigate and make it right.

I recently ordered take away from this place, and I have to say—it exceeded all expectations. The food arrived quickly, still hot, and beautifully packaged, which immediately set a great first impression. Every dish was bursting with flavor, clearly made with fresh ingredients and real attention to detail. The portions were generous, offering excellent value for money, and everything tasted just as good as dining in.

So this little bag of chips is what they’re calling a “large” bag of chips. Almost 5 euro for a small bag of chips and advertised as a large. Another business out to rip hard working people off.
